我同意参加乔治亚西南州立大学1+2+1项目的以下要求：

1、8月10日以前托福成绩达到69-70或雅思6.0，或者由ELI主任推荐全职学习专业课程。（有关在达到最低托福或雅思要求以前学习专业课程的政策见附件）

2、通过所有ELI课程且成绩C以上。若在学期中托福或雅思达到最低要求且可全职学习专业课程，我仍然必须完成该学期的ELI课程且成绩C以上。成绩为D或F的ELI课程需重修。

3、无论ELI课程或专业课程，必须保持正常出勤率，按时提交作业

4、秋季和春季学期保证全职学习。

5、在GSW期间必须住在校内且遵守宿舍规定。（该规定未出现在研究生的合同上）

6、遵守GSW学校规定。

Educational Contract
between
Georgia Southwestern State University

I agree to meet the following requirements as part of my participation in the 1+2+1 program at Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW):
1. Reach a TOEFL score of 69-70 or an IELTS score of 6.0 by August 10 or be recommended by the Director of ELI in order to be fully admitted for regular academic classes.  (See attached policy on taking academic classes prior to reaching the minimum TOEFL or IELTS score.)
2. Pass all of my ELI classes with grades of C or higher.  If I acquire the minimum TOEFL or IELTS score for regular admission during a semester, I must still complete my ELI classes with grades of C or higher.  ELI classes in which a grade of D or F is earned must be repeated.
3. Attend class and turn in assignments regularly, whether I am in ELI classes or regular academic classes.
4. Maintain full-time enrollment each fall and spring semester I am enrolled at GSW.
5. Remain in GSW housing for the entire stay at GSW and follow all residence hall policies. (This statement does not appear on the contract with graduate students.)
6. Abide by all GSW policies and procedures.
